Job Description
SagePoint Healthcare LLC is seeking a reliable and compassionate Caregiver/Home Health Aide for a client in the New Carlisle, Ohio area.
Schedule: Approximately 21 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours.
- Monday – 8.5 hours
- Tuesday or Wednesday – 8 hours
- Thursday – 4.5 hours
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities: Provide non-medical personal care and homemaking assistance according to the client's authorized plan of care.
Candidates must be dependable, professional, and able to complete all required pre-employment screening and onboarding requirements before assignment.
