About the Role:
SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC is looking for a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to join our growing team in Roseto, PA! This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in the trades, learning hands-on from experienced HVAC professionals in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead technicians with the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Help with the installation of ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections
- Transport, stage, and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
- Support the team with equipment startups, testing, and quality checks
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
Requirements:
- Entry-level applicants welcome — prior HVAC or trades experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC trade
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- High school diploma or GED preferred
