Warehouse Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team on our 8am-5pm shift! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Also assisting customers with expected times of arrival of shipments. 

Compensation range and shift schedule:

• $19/hour
• Day Shift 6am-6pm 3 on 3 off 2 on 2 off (Swing shift)
• Night Shift 6pm-6am 3 on 3 off 2 on 2 off (Swing shift)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
