CNA Certified

The CNA Certified provides essential patient care and support in both home health care and healthcare facility settings. This role involves assisting patients with daily hygiene, mobility, and safety, while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating closely with the healthcare team. The CNA reports directly to the Registered Nurse (RN) and plays a vital role in ensuring patient comfort and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including hygiene assistance and mobility support
• Assist with daily living activities to enhance patient comfort and independence
• Monitor patient safety and promptly report any concerns to the RN
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and observations
• Implement infection control protocols to prevent healthcare-associated infections
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in patient care
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience assisting with patient hygiene
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
