Hydraulic Technician Job Summary: 

Pridestaff is working with a well-known manufacturer of speciality and custom equipment that is seeking a Hydraulic Technician to join their growing team. The Hydraulic Technician will install, connect, and test hydraulic components for aerial lifts and play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable equipment. The Hydraulic Technician is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Waco, TX.

Hydraulic Technician Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install Hydraulic Components Including: PTOs, Pumps, Valves, Cylinders, Reservoirs, Filters, Hoses & Fittings
• Fabricate & Install Mounting Hardware & Custom Brackets
• Perform System Start-Up, Pressure Testing & Flow Verification
• Troubleshoot, Document & Resolve Hydraulic Issues
• Install Related Electrical Components (12-Volt Valve Wiring, 120/240-Volt Generator Connections)
• Maintain Accurate Documentation & a Clean, Safe Work Area

Hydraulic Technician Job Requirements: 

• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Must Have 3-5 Years of Experience in Hydraulic System Installation or Equivalent Technical Training
• Must be Able to Read Hydraulic Schematics, Engineering Drawings 7 technical Manuals
• Must Have Strong Mechanical Capability, Troubleshooting Skills & Experience with Hand & Power Tools (Electric & Pneumatic)
• Experience Operating Overhead Cranes, Jacks & Forklifts
• Must be Able to Stand, Bend, Kneel, Squat, Climb Stairs, and Lift to 50 lbs.
