Production Associate – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our team. Candidates must be comfortable working in a production environment, following instructions, performing basic mathematical calculations, and identifying patterns and visual information.

Steel-toe shoes are required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Basic mathematical skills, including:
• • Addition
  • Subtraction
  • Division
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
• English proficiency is required, or bilingual candidates must demonstrate at least 80% English proficiency
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures

Pre-Employment Testing

All applicants must successfully complete testing before starting work. Testing may include:

• Reading Comprehension
• Basic Mathematics
• Visual/Visualization Skills
• Logic and Reasoning
• Pattern Recognition

Successful completion of the required testing is necessary to qualify for employment.

Work Environment

This position requires working in a production environment and following established safety, quality, and productivity standards. Employees must be able to remain focused and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
