Start Date: September 21, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM (36-hour option available with four 9-hour shifts). Call required 1-2 nights per week and every 4th weekend.
Highlights:- Work with a dynamic team performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology procedures, vascular interventions, and interventional radiology
- Perform approximately 7 procedures per day in a 2-room lab with state-of-the-art GE imaging equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary support including pharmacy, interpretation services, and transportation
- Provide care for adult and geriatric patient populations with diverse cardiac and vascular conditions
- 40-hour comprehensive orientation provided to ensure successful integration into the team
- Travel professionals and local candidates welcome; must complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist required
- Cardiac catheterization experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with electrophysiology, vascular, or interventional radiology procedures is a plus
- Active ACLS, BLS, and ARRT (R) certifications required
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
- Two professional references required: at least one from a manager, director, or supervisor in a formal leadership capacity
This position offers the chance to work in a high-volume, advanced cardiac catheterization lab with exposure to a wide variety of complex procedures including STEMI cases, pacemaker insertions, and electrophysiology studies. You'll be part of a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while utilizing cutting-edge technology and maintaining a structured weekday schedule with predictable call rotation.
