Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience required
Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required
Experience treating adult and geriatric patients with orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
Hospital inpatient and SNF experience preferred
Strong evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic intervention, and patient assessment skills
Strong clinical documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills
EPIC experience highly preferred
Must be resilient, adaptable, hardworking, and comfortable managing change
Must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
