Babysitter Needed for my Children

We have two daughters. One is 4 she has Down syndrome and the other is 2. 5. We are looking for someone to help keep an out on both of them while my in law is around. Our daughter with downs elopes often and we need an extra set of eyes. Both are not potty trained but grandfather will do some changing if needed
