Mid-sized insurance defense firm in Alpharetta is seeking an associate attorney to join our growing team! The attorney will work with a dedicated partner and have opportunities to conduct depositions and mediations as the positions have heavy emphasis on workers' compensation litigation. This individual will build client relationships with insurance companies/adjusters and provide an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
Licensed in Georgia
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong legal knowledge
Experience litigating
Individuals with workers' compensation defense or Public Defender, Assistant District Attorney, or Solicitor, preferred
Outgoing personality, dynamic, and attention to details are traits desired
