AI Vehicle Safety Drivers

Balance Staffing is hiring Vehicle Safety Drivers to support autonomous vehicle testing in Dallas, TX. If you're safety-focused, attentive, and enjoy interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to be part of the future of transportation.

What You'll Do:
• Monitor vehicle performance and take control only when necessary.
• Stay alert and follow all safety procedures throughout each shift.
• Provide a safe, professional, and positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Safety-minded with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Experience with rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash).

Pay rate: $20.20/hr - 23.23/hr (night)

Available Shifts 
OPTION 1: 5-Day Schedule (8-hour shifts) 
Workweek Options:
• Sunday – Thursday
• Tuesday – Saturday

Morning Shift
• 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM  
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Afternoon Shift
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM  
• 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Graveyard Shift
• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM  
• 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

OPTION 2: 4-Day Schedule (10-hour shifts) 
Workdays are Friday – Monday.
• Morning Shift: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Graveyard Shift: 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM
