Job Description
Locums Vascular Surgery or Interventional Radiology coverage in Arizona for procedure-only outpatient vein work at an ambulatory surgery center, with no call. Start with 1 to 2 procedure days per month, with potential to increase.

Practice Setting
- Outpatient, procedure-only coverage at ambulatory surgery centers.
- Adult patients only.
- Minimum target volume is 8 completed procedures per full day, with 10 to 12 preferred.
Schedule
- Initially 1 to 2 procedure days per month, with potential to increase.
- Scheduled hours are 8a to 5p.
- No call.
Cases and Procedures
- Radiofrequency vein ablation.
- Varithena.
- Ultrasound-guided access, tumescent anesthesia, venous reflux ultrasound interpretation, and related superficial vein treatments.
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO.
- Arizona license required
- Board certified or board eligible within 5 years in Vascular Surgery, or Interventional Radiology.
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA.
