Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company near Addison to assist with a search for an accounts payable specialist. This role is onsite and temporary to hire. They are looking for someone with AP experience that can handle the process from beginning to end and support the controller with various projects.

Process accounts payable utilizing 3 way match

Ensure pricing and quantity are correct

Verify coding and approvals

Voucher and check runs

Communicate with vendors regarding payments

Maintain vendor files

Credit card and expense reports

Reconcile AP statements, credit cards and various accounts

Required:

5 + years of prior accounts payable experience with three way match

Comfortable with Excel

Excellent organization and communication skills

Pay: $27-$30/hour

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
