Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Clinical/Compounding Pharmacist – Contract to Hire

Join a growing infusion pharmacy in a role combining sterile compounding, clinical pharmacy, and leadership.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Responsibilities
Verify and process medication orders
Perform and oversee sterile compounding under USP <797> and USP <800>
Complete final verification of compounded preparations
Review medication profiles for allergies, interactions, dosing, and compatibility
Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient care
Supervise pharmacy technicians and maintain cleanroom standards
Support quality assurance, documentation, inventory, and regulatory compliance

Requirements
Active Florida Pharmacist License
1+ year of hazardous and non-hazardous sterile compounding experience
Knowledge of USP <797>, USP <800>, DEA, OSHA, and Board of Pharmacy regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
