Lead a High-Performing Ready Mix Operation

If you're an experienced concrete operations leader who knows how to manage people, production, safety, quality, and customer service, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a ready mix facility in Lebanon.

As a Ready Mix Plant Manager, you'll oversee daily plant operations, lead plant and delivery personnel, manage materials and product quality, and ensure the operation runs safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can balance production, people, safety, customer service, and technology while keeping the operation moving.

What You'll DoLead Plant Operations

• Manage the daily operation of the concrete facility and associated staff
• Manage all material inventories
• Batch ready mix concrete accurately and ensure product is properly loaded
• Maintain accountability for product quality
• Process customer orders accurately and provide appropriate product advice
• Perform basic facility maintenance
• Implement preventative maintenance activities that support a safe work environment

Lead the Team

• Provide leadership to drivers assigned to the location
• Monitor employee processes and behaviors to ensure safe practices are followed
• Engage, motivate, and positively influence plant and delivery teams
• Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and management
• Support the implementation and adoption of operational changes
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude

Own Safety & Compliance

• Inspect the facility and correct unsafe conditions
• Review and assess safety concerns identified in pre- and post-trip inspection reports
• Ensure OSHA standards are followed in and around the plant
• Ensure fleet operations comply with applicable DOT standards
• Communicate, improve, and adhere to company safety policies
• Reinforce safe work practices throughout daily operations

What We're Looking ForRequired

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate others
• Computer proficiency, including Google Workspace/G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to support management in implementing and adapting to change

Preferred

• 5+ years of operations-related experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Working knowledge of Command Series, Samsara, Track-It, Zello, and BCMI software
• Ready mix concrete or concrete plant experience
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual
