Hiring: Accounting Manager

We're partnering with a growing organization that is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional looking to take ownership of key financial processes, lead accounting operations, and contribute to the success of a dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities: ? Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Manage general ledger activity and account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders and stakeholders
- Mentor and develop accounting team members

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• CPA preferred but not required
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
