Job Summary

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders from release through shipment, ensuring requirements are met accurately and on time. This role coordinates across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics to resolve fulfillment issues and maintain strong customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements, including part numbers, quantities, pricing, delivery dates, shipping instructions, and compliance requirements.
• Manage order fulfillment activities by monitoring inventory, production status, inspections, shipment readiness, and committed delivery dates.
• Create and maintain accurate shipping and quality documentation while ensuring customer, regulatory, and internal requirements are met.
• Monitor orders for potential delays, shortages, or capacity constraints and proactively coordinate recovery plans and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer order, inventory, fulfillment, and shipment data within Epicor Kinetic.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure domestic and international shipments are completed according to customer requirements.
• Provide timely order status updates and participate in fulfillment meetings, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in order management, fulfillment, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems; Epicor Kinetic experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate across multiple departments.
• Aerospace, industrial manufacturing, engineered products, international shipping, customs, FTZ, or logistics experience preferred.
