Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detailed-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a premier dry cleaning team in Baton Rouge. In this role, customer service is top priority! You will serve as the face of the business, assisting clients with drop-offs and pick-ups, entering orders, processing payments, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great impression.

Because this role supports multiple store locations across the Baton Rouge area, reliable personal transportation is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Greet customers warmly, assist with questions, and provide exceptional counter service.
• Order Management: Inspect incoming garments, accurately tag/schedule orders, and handle customer pick-ups.
• Payment Processing: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to register transactions, make change, and process credit cards.
• Store Rotation: Travel between assigned store locations within the Baton Rouge area as scheduled.
• Daily Operations: Maintain a clean, organized front counter and help resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Transportation: Must have your own reliable personal vehicle to rotate between assigned Baton Rouge store locations.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
• Attributes: Punctual, responsible, polished communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Tech Skills: Basic computer skills and comfort using POS checkout systems.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately track orders, handle payments, and manage garment care instructions.
