Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support special education programs and services
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
• Assist with IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Monitor student services and educational progress
• Ensure special education practices align with state and federal requirements

Qualifications:

• Appropriate Delaware certification/licensure
• Continuing license preferred or a minimum of 3 years teaching experience in Delaware with completion of the Comprehensive Induction Program
• Strong knowledge of special education programs and IEP processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to meet required employment screenings and background checks
