Customer Service Representative for Early Stage Collections

Salary: $18/hr.

Express Employment is seeking an early stage counselor for a company that provides funding for affordable housing solutions. Job duties include:

• Initiating outbound collection calls
• Negotiating payment arrangements with borrowers to avoid mortgage delinquency
• Following up with the borrowers on returned payments
• Assisting with early stage account collections

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have call center experience
• Comfortable working on the phones
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with computers
• Any collections experience is a plus

Other Details:

• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
• Pay rate is $18/hr.
• Position is a long-term temporary role with possibility of temp to hire based on company's hiring needs
