Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our fabrication team. This role is responsible for welding, assembling, and finishing precision metal components while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate has strong TIG welding experience, attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions.

• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble fabricated parts to required specifications.

• Grind, polish, and finish welds to meet quality standards.

• Inspect completed work to ensure dimensional accuracy and weld integrity.

• Operate welding and metal fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules.

• Assist with additional fabrication or shop duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

• Strong understanding of welding symbols, fabrication techniques, and quality standards.

• Experience with cutting, fitting, grinding, and finishing metal components.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.

• Reliable attendance and a positive, safety-focused attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

• Lift and move materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds.

• Work around fabrication equipment, welding operations, and industrial machinery.

• Comfortable working on ladders or elevated work platforms when required.

Schedule

• Full-time

• Monday through Friday

• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on production needs.
