Pay rate - $22 - $30 per hour
Responsible for setups, maintain machines, maintain tooling and help support catheter/final inspection machine operators.

Pay rate - $22 - $30 per hour
Responsible for setups, maintain machines, maintain tooling and help support catheter/final inspection machine operators.
Essential functions
- Review job order, verify drawing, SOP, MP (Manufacturing Procedure), and MS (Machine Setup) to retrieve information for Set-Up.
- Maintain tooling and machines, if requires repair, complete repair request form.
- Remove and install tooling and perform machine set-up with attentiveness to detail.
- Assess the quality of product for flaws or problems with equipment.
- Verify set up and set up samples for accuracy per customer specification.
- Support production operators; achieve and maintain efficiency and quality and reduce yield loss.
- Troubleshoot problems that arise with machinery and make basic repairs.
- Utilize time management skills to produce the required number of parts/products for each shift.
- Maintain ‘consumable’ tooling and/or supplies in an orderly and cleanroom compliant manner.
- Support material movements between departments and the warehouse.
- Follows company policies regarding safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Competencies
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as, product specification drawings, fixture drawings, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts and fundamentals such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to read and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Mechanical Aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in reading and writing in English with good communication skills.
- Able to utilize micrometers, calipers, and microscopes.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
Required education and experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years’ experience in related field.
