Electrical Assembler

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components used in aircraft lighting and safety systems
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, schematics, and production drawings
• Perform soldering and precision assembly using hand tools
• Operate basic assembly equipment and machinery
• Inspect and handle small components with accuracy and attention to detail
• Follow written and verbal instructions to meet production and quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work independently while supporting overall team production goals
• Follow all safety, quality, and static-control procedures

• Experience with electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
• Soldering experience and familiarity with hand tools
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable working with small, delicate electronic components
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining quality standards

You'll work at an individual assembly station in a modern manufacturing facility focused on aircraft safety and passenger comfort technologies. The environment is well-lit, organized, and static-controlled to protect sensitive electronic components. Team leads and supervisors are available to provide support while encouraging ownership of your work and professional growth.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Aurora, NY.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.50/hr.
