Job Description

·                     Provide comprehensive HR support across two manufacturing facilities

·                     Lead and manage hourly recruiting and onboarding processes

·                     Demonstrate strong attention to detail while supporting day-to-day HR operations

·                     Serve as a responsive partner to the leadership team and the broader workforce

·                     Support key HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives

Key Requirements

·                     Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment

·                     Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required

·                     Bilingual skills are a plus
