Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Some dementia, pacemaker, hypertension (controlled), difficulty walking About the care needs: Quiet personality who does not have to be told every move to make. Person needs to make sure he does not fall. Can get a simple lunch if asked. He does not live alone, but I am 83 and not able to assume total care. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
