Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Mobility and balance problems. Very little stamina. He could walk about 20 feet before the cellulitis and now struggles to stand with assistance. Currently recovering from cellulitis in his right leg at a rehab facility, and wants to rehab at home. He needs help with meds and coordination of care from various doctors offices. We suspect that he has some dementia. About the care needs: He can be a challenge to relate to. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
