Babysitter Needed

- Arrive at 7:00 a.m. to begin the morning routine (both parents work early) - Plan and lead age-appropriate play, activities, and early learning (letters, numbers, colors, motor skills) - Incorporate light teaching or tutoring into the day where appropriate we value a nanny who actively supports our children's learning and development, not just supervision - Prepare meals and snacks; maintain naps and potty-independence routines (both potty trained) - Take children on outings (park, library, classes) as weather and schedule allow - Keep play areas and mealtimes clean; light tidy-up of kids' spaces - Communicate daily with parents on activities, meals, moods, and concerns
