Babysitter Needed for my Children

First-time mom who needs some extra help. We have had an amazing nanny with us for the past few months but she is starting a full-time job so I'm searching for her replacement. My daughter will be 6 months old at the time this job starts. She is a pretty easy, normal baby - but I need to be able to run errands during the day without having to bring the baby along, so I need someone to stay home with the baby while I run errands and manage the household duties. This platform makes me select specific days and hours, but I'm not so strictly set in my schedule that we can work together to find the hours that work best for both of us. I'd like to hire someone for 20-30 hours a week.
