Nanny Needed

I work odd hours (emergency medicine) my husband is in school, looking for part time help with our 4-month-old when I go back to work in September. My parents are 12 minutes away as a back up. My schedule varies from week to week-in days and times but I have a schedule in advance for 2 months. My Shifts can be: 7a-5p 1p-11p 3p-1a Ideally looking for someone incredibly flexible, can help occasionally with little notice to initially start with working 5 hours the 4 days a week I work and we can modify if that's isn't working well.
