Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

My wife and I work from home and our shifts overlap from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. We'd like someone who could come to our home and watch our 2. 5-year-old son for those hours. We would also like to build a relationship for potential additional evening hours on weeknights and weekends. There is flexibility in pay, responsibility and chores! No driving is required for this (assume from commute).
