Babysitter - Now Hiring

I'm looking for a nanny for my 16-month-old son. I live in Carrollton and I'm currently pregnant with my second child. I'm looking for a regular nanny who's available to care for my son part time for now, in the mornings between 9am-1pm, but who is open to being full time when my second son is born late January, in order to help give my son the attention he needs while I'm in the newborn trenches.
