Childcare Needed

Ideally wanting someone who has a lot of patience and can follow a schedule for my daughter, particularly her naps and meals. An ideal day for us looks like waking up around 7/7:30, having breakfast around 8, play time, her first nap around 11, wake up around 12/12:30, lunch, play, and her second nap between 3:30/4. We do minimal screen time, usually just in the morning on the big tv, but in the afternoon we are more attentive and do more one on one play time or go out and about.
