Childcare Needed

They are good girls. The older girl loves to play Roblox (which is heavily monitored), but knows that she has to do school work first. She knows she can have dessert 2-3 times a week after dinner. Younger daughter has speech/development delays. She is 3yr and still wears diapers and uses bottle due to cleft lip related delays. She is a sweet girl, but very aloof and requires a decent amount of attention.
