Nanny Needed - Now Hiring

I am looking for child care for my 13-year-old daughter. This would be an every other week situation Monday through Friday. Pick up from school at 3:50 @ school. I am also looking help in the mornings @7 a.m. start with a 8:30 drop off but is open for discussion. School is a little over 5 minutes from my house. Would be about 20 hours a week with the mornings included. I am willing to come up with a guaranteed amount for the week as my hours vary working in construction and pay extra if over agreed amount of hours. Her mother is also possibly looking to fill about 20 hours for the weeks she is not with me. Thanks.
