Physical Therapist
\nSchedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
No weekends • No holidays • No on-call

About the Role
\nAs a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapy interventions, monitor progress, and educate patients and families to help achieve optimal outcomes. You will work with a diverse patient population, helping individuals improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments \n
- Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on patient progress \n
- Document patient care, treatment outcomes, and discharge planning \n
- Communicate patient status with physicians and the healthcare team \n
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants \n
- Provide home exercise programs and patient/family education \n
- Rotate through treatment areas as needed \n
- Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development \n
- May serve as a clinical instructor for PT students and residents \n

- Graduate of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). \n
- Must possess knowledge and skills required to provide quality customer service. \n
- Outpatient ortho and/or neuro experience, preferred
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
\n Active license in practicing state required. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
\n \n - Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) \n

- Act 33 with renewal \n
- Act 34 with renewal \n
- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal \n
