Speech Language Pathologist, Acute Care, Boston, MA, United States. Start date 12/14/2026 for a 26-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,178–$2,334, with guaranteed hours of 40 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services with a focus on feeding and swallowing in both inpatient and outpatient settings; perform MBS as appropriate.
- Conduct bedside evaluations, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and document progress in the electronic medical record (EPIC).
- Support patients across inpatient units, including NICU, Pediatric Inpatient Floor, and Pediatric ICU as assigned; manage trach/vent considerations when applicable.
- Attend all required team meetings during scheduled hours; collaborate with the Pediatric SLP Section Leader for supervision and guidance; participate in department trainings and competency assessments.
- Ensure adherence to department standards for patient care, documentation, and outcome measurement; facilitate smooth transitions between inpatient and outpatient care.

Requirements
- Active MA State Licensure; ASHA Certification; Current CPR Certification.
- Minimum 3+ years pediatric feeding and swallowing experience.
- Ability to work independently after completion of pediatric-specific training and competencies.
- Experience in NICU, Pediatric Inpatient Floor, Pediatric ICU preferred; comfort with trach/vent needs is a plus.
- Proficiency with EPIC or willingness to learn and use the system.
- Eligible to work in the United States; ability to work in a hospital-based setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
