We are currently seeking experienced technicians to join our team. Our crews work locally in various locations or travel to project sites throughout the country. A large volume of our work is located in the southwestern United States. Much of our work is federal, so employees have the opportunity to earn prevailing wages (Davis Bacon Act) based on their location.

Take charge of all assigned work and maintain a sense of ownership of all scope on-site
Walk the site in an observed manner, taking note of hazards and, when appropriate, correcting them accordingly
Develop an awareness of the entire project to include other trade work
Communicate with fellow crew members, assigned foreman, and with public, customers, or adjacent trade crews when necessary
Install, maintain, repair, replace, test, and commission HVAC equipment
Requirements.
EPA Certification to handle refrigerant, preferably EPA Universal
