Apartment Maintenance Service Tech

Join Our Team as an Apartment Service Technician at Valley Estates of Mountain Home!Valley Estates of Mountain Home is seeking an experienced Apartment Service Technician to help maintain our beautiful apartment community. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out all maintenance of the property, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance on a daily basis.Benefits:Full-time position with a complete benefit package, including insurance options, flexible spending accounts, 401K, paid holidays, etc.Medical Benefits start 1st of month following 30 days!Responsibilities:Maintain all aspects of the property, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, and grounds carePerform preventive maintenance on a daily basisRespond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerEnsure the safety and security of the propertyMaintain accurate records of maintenance performedAssist with other duties as assigned by the Community ManagerQualifications:HVAC or EPA certification preferredPool operation and maintenance experience preferredMinimum 1 year of multifamily experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer serviceKnowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systemsMust be available to work in an on-call capacity as related to our 24-hour routine maintenance guaranteePhysical Demands:Must be able to lift objects up to 100 lbs.Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist into small areasMust be able to reach overhead for extended periods of time due to overhead repair workIf you are experienced in repairs and maintenance for apartment communities and are driven to deliver exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply for this position at Valley Estates of Mountain Home.
