Workdays: Monday- Thursday (only) Off Friday-Sunday 

Hours: 6am-6pm

Pay: $15.00

Job Summary:
 As a 1st-Plastric Parts Trimming/Assembly Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve operating specialized equipment to trim and assemble high-quality plastic components that are essential to our product line.

Key Responsibilities:
 - Operate trimming and assembly machinery to process and finish plastic parts with precision and efficiency
 - Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet strict manufacturing standards
 - Collaborate with the production team to maintain a safe and organized work environment
 - Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of injury
 - Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed

Qualifications:
 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
 - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
 - Proficient in the use of hand tools and basic measuring equipment
 - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
 - Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Working Conditions:
 This position is based in our manufacturing facility, where you will be working in a non-climate-controlled environment. The work schedule is typically 40 hours per week, with the potential for occasional overtime. Some physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds, and operating machinery.

Compensation and Benefits:
 We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
