Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Mom is a stroke survivor with aphasia. All she does is sit around all day. She doesn't walk well and uses a rolling walker. She is prone to falls although I believe with some outside encouragement she could start gaining strength again to at least be able to walk around her garden and be outside. About the care needs: Kind but firm! My mother is a retired RN so thinks she knows best. We need someone to help take a little weight off the family by helping her. Talking, exercising, and of course to be able to help when she's having a bad day. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
