Who We Are

At Binsky Home Service, we’ve been keeping homes comfortable for over 80 years. As a trusted name in residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and drain services across Central New Jersey, we take pride in delivering five-star service through integrity, craftsmanship, and care. When our customers say, “I got a guy — Binsky is my guy,” we know we’ve done our job right.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Technician with oil service experience to join our growing team. This individual will diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems — with a special emphasis on oil-fired furnaces, boilers, and burners. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, provides exceptional customer experiences, and thrives in a supportive, family-like culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems (oil, gas, and electric).
  • Perform oil burner cleanings, tune-ups, and safety inspections.
  • Troubleshoot and replace components such as motors, igniters, pumps, and controls.
  • Perform annual maintenance and efficiency checks on oil-fired boilers and furnaces.
  • Present repair or replacement options with honesty and professionalism.
  • Maintain detailed records of service calls in ServiceTitan.
  • Uphold Binsky Home Service’s commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on best practices and new technologies.
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performance environment.

What You Bring

  • EPA Universal Certification (Required)
  • Oil Burner Technician Certification or equivalent field experience (Required)
  • Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience (oil systems preferred)
  • Working knowledge of combustion analysis, flue venting, and fuel delivery systems
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in customer homes

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive hourly pay + incentives and spiffs
  • Year-round, steady work — no seasonal layoffs
  • Fully stocked company vehicle, iPad, and uniforms
  • Paid time off, holidays, and health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Ongoing technical and soft-skill training
  • Career advancement opportunities — we promote from within
  • A supportive team environment where your success matters
