We're the go-to experts for plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services.Get started today! Essential Duties and Responsibilities*Supervise and lead the Commercial Service TeamManage and Evaluate Field TechniciansConduct Ride-Alongs with Technicians and provide feedbackEnsure all repairs and installs are completed to the highest quality standards and if necessary, all permits are obtainedManage workload and schedules with Dispatcher to best utilize manpower and maximizes profitsEnsure Technicians are being dispatched effectivelyAssist Technicians with issues while in the fieldFacilitate weekly one-on-one meetings with TechniciansResolve customer issues or concerns to ensure complete satisfactionEnsure all department operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, federal, and company requirementsEnsure all team members comply with OSHA safety standardsManage and stay within departmental budgetMeet or exceed all company goalsPerform clerical duties associated with, but not limited to Field Technician paperwork, personnel evaluations, and expense reports, timesheetsPricing Special ProjectsOverseeing the billing clerkAdditional duties as needed Desired Skills and ExperienceAbility to inspire and lead others to attain company goalsHighly organized with exceptional follow-through abilitiesStrong verbal and written communicationsQuick, sound decision-making abilitiesGood presentation and public speaking skills is a plusAbility to build trust and demonstrate empathyExcel in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Qualifications*5+ Years ExperienceCustomer service skillsClean driving record To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. MillTown is an equal opportunity employer and does not make hiring decisions based on age, race, gender, religion, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 annually If you require alternative methods of application or screening, you must approach the employer directly to request this, as Indeed is not responsible for the employer's application process.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
