Babysitter Needed for my Children

We have 2 little girls (22 months & 4 months). They are both very happy and loving. Our toddler is very active and loves to go outside. Our infant is very happy and goes with the flow. We are looking for someone to care for them while we are at work: play, reading, feeding, diaper changing, etc. We also have 2 German Shepherds who are very friendly and would require being let out into a fenced yard. I am interviewing for a new position, so I am not certain of our needs schedule-wise right now. The days and hours will change week to week, but I can give you a schedule one month out.
