Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

I’m looking for a part-time babysitter for the work week in Charlotte, NC. My wife is going back full-time and will be starting next week. Since she is WFH and I’m WFH two days a week, we wouldn’t need 40 hours. Maybe somewhere around 15-20 hours? We’re flexible. I’m not sure if this would be permanent work. We’re looking into daycare as well but since we need someone quick, we’re trying the babysitter route first. If we can find someone and it works well then we won’t do daycare. Our daughter is almost 21 months. Please let me know if you’re interested.
