Babysitter Needed

Looking for a warm, engaged nanny for our two children (toddler and preschool age girls) who enjoys the developmental side of caregiving not just supervision. Mornings include wake-up, breakfast, and getting the kids ready and to school, with plenty of small moments for building independence and talking through feelings along the way. Comfortable driving in city traffic is a must. Light housekeeping after drop-off (kitchen, laundry, tidying) and occasional errands round out the morning. We're especially drawn to candidates with early childhood or social-emotional learning experience (Conscious Discipline, RIE, Montessori, or similar) but a genuine, patient, present style matters most.
