Nanny Needed - Now Hiring

Im looking for a part-time nanny experienced in RIE (Resources for Infant Educarers), Waldorf, Montessori, or similar respectful, child-led approaches. The ideal candidate is warm, calm, emotionally attuned, and experienced with infants and/or toddlers. They should value responsive caregiving, independent play, outdoor time, practical life skills, and age-appropriate exploration, while creating a screen-free, rhythm-based environment. Im looking for someone who is confident setting gentle, consistent boundaries, communicates well with parents, and is dependable and nurturing. CPR/First Aid certification and excellent references are strongly preferred.
