Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour based on experience plus commissions 2-10% (unlimited earning potential)

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and installations while adhering to local codes and safety standards.
• Interact professionally with customers: clearly explain system issues, recommend effective solutions, and present upgrade opportunities when appropriate.
• Document all work accurately using company tools and drive a provided vehicle to job sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold high standards of professionalism in customers' homes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Verifiable $750K+/year revenue
• Active EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Must pass drug screen (we maintain a strict drug-free policy for safety and compliance).
• Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
