Position: Maintenance Assistant Technician

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance repairs

• HVAC and EPA Certified is a must
  
  
• Help prepare units for move-ins and turnovers
  
  
• Perform routine property inspections and basic preventative maintenance
  
  
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, grounds, and maintenance shop
  
  
• Assist with emergency on-call duties as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
  
  
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  
  
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
  
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
  
  
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
  
  
• Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures
  
  

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  
  
• Some weekends and on-call shifts as needed
