Nanny Needed For My Children

We're looking for a reliable, long term sitter for our almost 3-year-old son in Pasadena, Monday through Friday, 3 to 4 hours a day. We'd love someone with an education or early childhood background who can spend that time on learning and play, plus light tidying that comes with a toddler (his toys, his dishes, his laundry). A plus if you also clean, We'd like a deep cleaning once a month. We have a dog, so being comfortable and friendly with dogs is a must, and someone local to the Pasadena area is preferred.
