Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatment planning, and interventions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Consistently maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

• Adhere to evidence-based practice standards and guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

• Minimum 0 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
